Time and attention are their own kind of currency—a budget. Picture one bank account, and every single day you're picking and choosing what you spend it on.

Whatever you fund is what flourishes. Pour the hours into one thing and it grows; scatter them across ten and each one gets a thinner slice. The account doesn't care about your intentions. It only shows where the spending actually went.
