Thinking in public

Make the thinking public. The point was never an audience—writing it down where anyone can read it is what lets ideas connect, deepen, and hold still long enough to build on.

I can't seem to escape this pull toward making my thinking public. Not for an audience—whether anyone follows or not, it would just be me, and it would be therapeutic to get it out.

It's a vulnerable, generous thing, externalizing your thoughts and philosophies into the open—snapshots of where you are, unapologetically you. And there's a quieter reason underneath it: once ideas are written down and posted, they stop scattering. They connect, they deepen over time, they hold still long enough that you can build on them. So just start, and post regularly.
