Sit in the discomfort—it's what pushes you to figure out a way through, even if the first answer is only temporary.

When the squeeze is on, the instinct is to reach for the fastest way out. I've learned to sit in the discomfort instead.

Not because I enjoy it—because the discomfort is what pushes me to figure out a way through. Even if the first answer is only temporary, staying in it long enough is what makes me find one.
